Absurdly fresh for its age, with a very complex, flinty and creamy personality. Matches its concentration with pithy structure, mineral intensity and racy energy that are beautifully interwoven on the super-long finish. Ought to mature for several further decades, only changing very slowly. A 100% dry pinot blanc that was matured in cask until bottling on August 25th, 2021.

Restrained but intense yellow fruit, pineapple, citrus and chalky nose. Plush and poised palate with precise yellow/tropical fruit and lime flavours, underscored by refreshing acidity and an unobtrusive structure. It has an irreproachable line, length and balance, the aftertaste lingering on and on. A wine of exceptional character and quality.
