An autochthonous old vine like Pecorino gives an organic white wine with a persistent and harmonious taste, with notes of pear, peach and lavender flowers. A pale straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections, it has a fruity bouquet with aromas of citrus and tropical fruits, peach and elegant floral notes. On the palate, the Pecorino is full-bodied, well-structured and with a long persistence.
