Concilio Mori Vecio 1978

Cabernet Franc (25%), Cabernet Sauvignon (25%), Merlot (50%). Long maceration on the skins and fermentation at 26-28°C, 12 months in barrel, then in bottle. Intense red, very assertive on the nose, peppery with well integrated vanilla, berry fruits and fine green pepper notes, full with persistent tannins on the palate, great in the structure.
