Fruity with noticeable cherry and floral notes. Bright, vivid pink with purple hues. A medium-bodied Cerasuolo with a velvety finish, with characteristic hints of cherry and flowers. 100% Montepulciano d’Abruzzo from vineyards in Province of Chieti, Pescara, Teramo. Soft Pressing, must clarification and fermentation under controlled temperatures. 3 months refinement in stainless steel vats. Pairs well with many dishes: from salads to fish, to soft or medium-aged cheeses.
