Brilliant, rich straw yellow with a slight green tinge. Very clear and appealing nose, initially showing some smoky mineral notes, then lots of sage, apple and some white asparagus. On the palate opens up with lots of vivid fruit, apricot and mirabelle, creamy and rich, fine salty notes on the finish, still has a long life ahead of it.
