- Giuseppe Quintarelli is a legendary estate located in the hills north of Verona in the heart of the Valpolicella appellation. Regarded by many as the one of the greatest Amarone producers, they are known for their traditional, deep, complex wines packaged with distinctive handwritten labels. Quintarelli, known as “Il Maestro del Veneto, died in 2012 aged 84, but the winery remains family-owned and managed. This Valpolicella blend is based on three indigenous red-wine grape varieties grown in the Veneto region in Italy’s northeast: Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella
