Santi Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Millesimato Brut 2019

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut di Santi originates from vineyards located on the steep sides, or “Rive”, of the hills of San Pietro di Feletto, in the province of Treviso. It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes, which are harvested entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks, after which the second fermentation takes place in an autoclave according to the Charmat method. It is characterized by a straw yellow colour and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it offers a fine and characteristic floral perfume, enriched with hints of pear and ripe peach. On the palate it is dry and delicate, pleasantly fresh, with an aftertaste reminiscent of glazed almonds.
