This bottle is a regular favorite of mine, especially on warm afternoons on my Roman terrace. The Mastroberardino 2021 Fiano di Avellino Radici is tapered and elegant with tropical tones of green papaya, honeydew melon and creamy lemon mousse. There is some added softness at the back with light saffron and pleasant aromas of rising bread.
