100% Chardonnay in purity. Grape yield per vine 1400 grams. Aging in concrete vats and refined in French oak barriques (with calibrated toasting) for six months, plus one month of aging in glass. Malolactic fermentation carried out entirely in barriques. Annual production approximately 1,000 bottles.

The wine displays a vibrant straw yellow color that adds a playful touch. Its bouquet is a delightful combination of abundant and luxurious aromas, including green apple, Williams pear, yellow peach, apricot, medlar, grapefruit, lychee, acacia flowers, aromatic herbs, and spicy notes of cinnamon and vanilla. There is also a subtle presence of well-aged characteristics. On the palate, it is notably smooth, crisp, and succulent, with a harmonious blend of balsamic flavors. The wine showcases a rounded and elegant character with a savory touch. Its tactile perception is charming, refined, and delicate. It has a good aging potential and finishes with a joyful and pleasing expression. This wine pairs excellently with a dish of vermicelli and clams, as well as white meat.
