100% Trebbiano d’Abruzzo. Straw yellow. Yellow apple, peach, citrus peel and white flowers. Smoky and nutty elegant notes. Medium bodied, whit an elegant and mineral long finish. Soft pressing, cold settling and control of the must fermentation temperature in steel tanks (70%) and in 30 hl Slavonian oak barrels (30%) Malolactic Fermentation: partial in barrel. Refinement 5 months in steel tanks and fermentation barrels. 13.5% A medium bodied Trebbiano with notes of yellow fruit, citrus peel and white flowers, ideal with a seafood aperitif and to accompany fish dishes, also perfect to serve with white meat and medium aged cheese.
